Captain of the Burning Mars, Kasei is a talented gun user with the ability to use time magic. While he can't go back/forth in time, he can make his opponents movements faster or slower, he can also do the same to his body. While he is already 26 years old, his face says differently, this is also his magic's doing, since he loves his young looks and likes his 19 year-old self.

Age: 21
After leaving her ungrateful mistress, she joins Burning Mar's crew almost by force. Though Kasei rejected her many times, she ended up winning the crew's heart and eventually even the Captain. Unlike Kasei she lacks any magical abilities, but her long training since long has taught her do make up for her weakness. She uses her life energy in order to use Ki Blades which work with magic.
